ORDERING POLICY FOR NEW CUSTOMERS
• $400 minimum Order. You can mix & match across the collection without any preset minimums per color per style. • Provide Resale Number/Seller's Permit and Business License • Must have a physical store location. We are currently not accepting any new E-commerce (Online) only accounts. (Send us photos of your store, links to your Social Media (Facebook/Twitter) pages and/or any press coverage of your business) • Disclose all physical address locations where our handbags will be sold. Urban Expressions handbags are to be sold at these authorized locations only. • Use the following form to order from us: Urban Expressions Order Form • Distributing the product to non authorized locations will result in account closure.
• Providing customers with exclusivity in a specific area can be beneficial to both the customer and Urban Expressions. We try our best not to open new accounts within a one mile radius of existing active accounts. “Active Accounts” are defined as accounts that place a minimum of $1,000 in orders per season. Although we try our best , Urban Expressions does not guarantee exclusivity to our customers. • Orders are processed on a first come first serve basis. • Delays ‐If a shipment takes longer than normal it’s because items are out of stock and/or there are orders placed ahead of yours. You will not be notified if your purchase order is delayed. • Backorders ‐ All items that are put on backorder will not be cancelled. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact Urban Expressions to cancel the backorder or make changes to the backorder. Backordered items will be shipped as soon as the we receive our shipments. • Shipping Costs ‐ Urban Expressions does not cover shipping costs for orders and/or backordered items. Shipping will be included on your invoice. • Shipping Method ‐ All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground, unless another specific carrier is requested. Urban Expressions also offers FedEx Overnight, 2nd Day, Express Saver (3 Day) shipping at an additional cost. RETURN POLICY **Consumer Returns: Please note that Urban Expressions is the wholesaler and we can only accept returns from vendors. Please contact the store where you purchased the bag. • Damaged Returns – 30 day return policy from the day the merchandise is received. • Non‐Damaged Returns ‐ 7 day return policy from the day of receiving is received. All items must be returned in its original shipping condition. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all items not returned to us in its original shipping condition. • Return authorization ‐ Returns that do not meet the following guidelines will be refused and sent back at your expense. o A return authorization (RA) number must be issued for all returns. Please use the following form: Urban Expressions RA Form o A return authorization (RA) number must be issued for all returns. o Specify whether you would prefer a replacement or a future credit. o Replacements will be sent once the returned bag is received by our warehouse. o Return Authorization numbers are valid for 14 business days. If merchandise is not received within the 14 business days, the RA number will expire and cannot be reissued. o Returns will not be accepted if a Return Authorization number is not clearly written on the outside of the box, with a return authorization form in the box.
